Sometimes you want mill a 2d contour but there are no edges to select !
Only way is to generate a sketch and draw lines.
So whats about a simple checkbox "combines selections" ?
- combine with line
- combine with arc (and a field to type an number)
In this example the option "combine with line" would be very helpful !!!
