Make it Easier to DELETE!!!

I know this has been posted before, but I am going to throw this idea out again!

Make it easier to delete versions, please!  I am a one-man shop, and most people do not need the the collaborative functions of A360.  I know what should and should not be deleted.  If I am going to get a "A version of this design has been referenced by drawings or other designs and cannot be deleted" notice then at least tell me which exact versions have referenced the part so I can hunt them down and delete them too.

I love Fusion 360, but this is a poor feature for the majority of the users.

Maybe have an option to enable this feature for the online collaborators out there.

Do not misunderstand me, I agree to some extend, but do not agree this is a good idea, I like that this is bulletproof and tight, I have had too many instances in SolidWorks where references has been lost due to 'copy paste delete'

As of now I cannot see how this can be implementet and still keep everything 'tight'

As said, do not misunderstand me, this is not a bad idea, and this is not a strike at you, but I would not support this

BTW, I am also in a very small company (5 persons, only I am design/cam)

Okay I revise my statement...

I'm just sitting with a project with problems

I have a design with no relations, referances, drawings or linked components, but cannot delete...!

If the system worked I would keep my previous statement, but as of now, it clearly does not!

This can be frustrating when I import a file as a visual reference, then delete it from my fusion file after I'm done with it, but then can't remove the original reference file from my data panel because it's still linked to an earlier version of the Fusion file. I hope that made sense...

We are working on the ability to delete designs even if there are historical references to it. This will include a recycle bin so that you can restore it if it was deleted accidentally.

A number of similar ideas have been reported here:

• Delete old versions.
• Delete a Version, or be able to select a prior version.
• Delete Versions / reset to inital Version after completing construction.
