Living Hinges
I would love to see the ability to model plastic flexing - or even do simulation on it. But to start with a Living Hinge (ie thin plastic pieces that would connect the top of a plastic box to the bottom) capability would be super useful. Right now I have to keep the top and bottom seperate and use a joint to join them. This makes it tough to do a full product ready for the mould without that capability.
It'd be great just to have a standard tool library for things like these and hooks where the user can just say «I'm using Maxxam FR PP 301BLK1284-11S)» and need a living hinge with these properties and a mean lifetime of at least a million cycles and then to have f360 build it for us (with the ability to pick a new polymer later on and have everything updated properly).
If you take enough time to do the research and math before hand, you can nail these the first try but that involves a lot of detailed work and there are gotchas that probably won't be obvious until it's too late.
