When a new user starts F360 for the first time, there should be a very short (read: ~1-3 question) survey to see where they're coming from and based on that (and the user's observed history), they would be presented with a particular set of defaults and documentation / tutorials.
Someone completely new to CAD would get the Fusion default hotkeys and settings, someone coming from SW the SW(ish) keys and docs guiding them through the transition from that to the app, and so on.
