Flex Tool

Flex Tool

Is it possible to make a flex tool. So that solid body can be easily bent and rotated without having to adjust the original sketch.

Voted. People have been asking for this for years. Doubt it's coming any time soon, but would be VERY handy for visualizing & animating things like live hinges.

Agreed, F360 is really in need of a Flex feature (as it's available in Solidworks) to really entice customers to switch.

Yes. There is no way to easily project things onto a curved surface without taking many additional steps. For example, if you want to place text on a curved surface, you really have to do it one letter at a time for it to be correct. Trying to get a circle to do this is the obvious way in which it is distorted. This probably isn't clear, but being able to bend (flex) a body (or perhaps a sketch) would really help.

Have you tried the "move" function while selecting a single face? (shortkey ="m")

or the "press/pull" function (shortkey ="q")

You can rotate and move a single face, holes,  ribs or entire parts of a model.

@info7JY2S  yeah that's OK for some things, but nowhere near as robust as what we're talking about. What we're talking about is like, "Puppet Warp" for CAD. Have you used Rhino?
