Create a detail view from sectional view

I would like to create a detail view from sectinal view. Many times I need to show a detail from sectional view or knowing measure in drawing.

I am really a fan of Fusion 360. But the development of the drawing part seems not have a high priority at Autodesk. Detail a section view is such a basic but important feature of every CAD I can't believe it's still not there after 2 years. Do I really have to switch to a different CAD only because the Drawing is so weak? 😞
