CAM Compare model to machined Part

On CAM, when you machine a part, is really hard to tell if you went into the part or left a place without finishing.

I have used other CAM software that allows you to compare the model with the final machined part.

When you have finished setting all the cam ops run a simulation of all the toolpaths right click on the simulated model and select stock then save stock that puts out a stl of the simulated model

This really should be implemented in the simulation indeed.

Exactly Laurens-3DTechDraw, after you simulate, it should give you the option to compare against the model.

Or even click on a surface and measure what was machined.
