I currently have a perfect real world need for this, because i'm trying to model an existing curved surface, and there just isn't any way to know the angle.
I can measure the length of the edges of an opening in the curved surface.
Definitely need this function to be able to look at any sketch kinematics. Ie I want to see how a part might look in two different positions with a flexible member and the only way to approximate this is to define the length of an arc. This is pretty basic functionality for dimensioning a sketch.
