Hi, I have signed in using my Autodesk account to apply for a Fusion 360 Startup license. I fill in all the required details (very carefully) but I get this reply after a week of waiting: Hi Tejs Dindler, Thank you for submitting a Fusion 360 for startups subscription request. It appears you do not have an existing Autodesk Account. If you already have an existing Autodesk account and applied using a different email address, please make sure to re-apply using the email that is associated with your current startup account. If you’re net new to Autodesk and do not have a current account, you’ll need to create a new account here. We’ll get back to you with an update within approximately 10 business days. Regards, -The Autodesk Fusion 360 Team However, I do have an account and I was logged in when applying and I did use the e-mail from my account in the application. I also did a new application but got the same answer one more time. So I'm caught in a loop it appears. Does anyone know how I can solve this or who I can write to? All the best, Tejs
