wrap a 3d surface on curved geometry

Hi,

I learned how to create a 3D surface using the loft surface between curves in 2 planes:

The result is a 3D surface but I would like to now wrap it to a curved face:

I was thinking about first projecting the 2 flat sketches onto the curved surface and one below but the loft method doesn't seem to work. Any idea ?

Can be done with a bit of fiddling.
