Is anyone one having problems with upload hangups all of a sudden? The last two days I spend hours waiting for models to upload, and having to force closures using task manager. I have two files that refuse to upload. I have also lost half a days design changes to a model which disappeared after having to force a closure.

Hi @Ellworx,
Thank you for posting! I am sorry to hear that you are having the issue. Could you try "Recover Documents" to see if your files can be recovered?
Also, when you said " two files that refuse to upload", did you mean you are unable to save two files? Do you see them in the data panel? Could you try switching to offline mode to see if those files get synced to the cloud by following the steps below?
2. Find the design in the data panel
3. Open the files and save them
4. Go back to online mode and check if they get synced properly
If this doesn't help, could you give me more details about the issue? If you are receiving any error message when trying to upload, screenshots will be very helpful. Also, please attach the diagnostic log files here.
Hi Masanobu
Both files have finally uploaded. I initially checked recovery files yesterday when Fusion froze up, but the recovery file I wanted was not there. All seems to be working ok now, but every now and then these very annoying hangups occur. I resist saving too often as I end up with too many versions, but is this the only solution? What causes these hangups? and is there a way to reverse an action which causes it?
When the hangup occurred I ended up with a triangle in the bottom right hand corner (with exclamation mark in the middle) of the data panel file.
Thank you for your response. Glad to hear that you were able to upload the files.
I think a service outage caused the issue with uploading files. Service outage impacts all data access interactions. During a service outage, please try working in offline mode which allows you to save files locally, and automatically upload them once you are back online.
