Adjusting corners on sheet metal parts

I cant seem to figure out how to adjust the corner gap for sheet metal models.  By default there is always a gap and a weird corner if I add the flanges, but I need specific corner gaps depending on the project.  On this project I need them to touch on the inside edges so I can weld the outside edge.  Ill attach a picture of what im working with.  Thanks.

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Make up a dummy part if your design is proprietary.

I think you will need to edit your Rules and/or Override Rules.
