Adding Hatch to Drawing

Is it possible to add a hatch pattern to 2D drawing created from Fusion 360 model?

A Section View is automatically hatched.  Other than that, you either will have to use the Create Sketch command in the 2D Drawing and sketch your own or create a sketch in the model and show this in the 2D Drawing.  I will emphasis if you use the second approach, the sketch lines will appear as phantom lines in the 2D Drawing, not as continuous.

Edit: in the second approach, if you use the Thin Extrude to cut very small cuts into the surface, then the sketch lines will become continuous in the 2D Drawing.  Unless it is really important, this last approach is a lot of work.  Example of final result is below.
