View Insight Issue

Hello,

Today I've encountered this problem in viewing insights from formit 360 pro (pic attached). The energy model is not showed.

Is it a server problem? Last days I didn't have this issue.

Hello Marika - I'll look into the issue and forward it to the Insight team (I'm on the FormIt team, so I don't have as much expertise with the Insight experience). I have a few suggestions for you to test in the mean time:

- Can you check Insight again to see if the thumbnail preview is appearing now? It could have been a temporary server issue.

- Can you run another Insight analysis from the FormIt Web app to see if you get different results running from Web vs Windows apps.

Marika, We confirmed that we're seeing the thumbnails correctly now - it was most likely a server side, temporary issue. Please let us know if you see any other issues?
