How to create multiple levels system

Hi, I am working on mixed-use project: residential, commercial and office with different floor-to-floor height for each types of building, for example, floor-to-floor height for residential is 3m, for commercial is 5m, for office is 4m. How can I create levels for those buildings in the same FormIt sketch? I am using ios and Windows app. Thanks!

Hi! Thanks for posting on the Forums!

There is not a simple way to do this now - but we're working to improve the experience. Here's what's possible now...

  • Create all the levels at the height that you need for each building type in the Levels creation tab
  • Select the Geometry (Solid, or Group) you want to apply levels to - go the Properties tab - click 'Apply Levels'
  • Note the check box next to each of the levels - you can UN-check the levels that don't apply to that particular building type

In a coming release we'll provide a way to rename levels which will help with this process.

Thanks,

Tobias
