The Energy Analysis doesn't work

Hello, I use a student license of FormIt Pro. I've decided to try the Energy analysis. I've tried that with a very simple model (cube with three floors located in Prague). Since I click on "Generate Insight" icon nothing happens. After the clicking on the "Generate Insight" icon, the only I can do is to cancel the Insight. What's wrong?

There is no active progress indicator in FormIt Pro during Energy Analysis, but if "Cancel Insight" is the only enabled option in the menu, the analysis is currently running!

Insight analysis can take up to 15 minutes.

An Informational message is displayed briefly in FormIt when the analysis completes, and if you miss it, you'll know analysis completed from the menu because the "View Insight" option will be enabled.

If the analysis does not successfully complete in 15 minutes the menu will revert to just enable "Generate Insight".

If the analysis is timing out on simple geometry the most common issue is that the geometry is not watertight.

You can check whether your model is watertight by checking the "Identify Watertight Issues" option in the "Diagnostics" tab of the "Visual Styles" panel.
