Hello all,

any one else keep getting errors when trying to send a model to insight from form-it?

I am pro subscriber and I'm logged in, any other ideas on what could be holding this up?

Thought it was server related but this has been constant for the past week.

Hello Luc, the model may be the issue rather than server. I can diagnose if you can send me the model? I'll share my email in a direct message.

You can also self diagnose by checking for watertight issues - DW and DB are keyboard shortcuts that will help you visualize non-solid geometry and flipped faces that can cause geometry translation issues - and failures when sending the model for Energy Analysis.
