Formit Application has stopped working

I have installed FORMIT for Windows on windows 7 (64 bit).

When I launch the application, I am asked to sign in to A360.

After signing in to A360, it displays the message "Updating Licence" and the I get the error message

"Format Application has stopped working"

PLEASE SUGGEST THE SOLUTION.

I am sorry you are having trouble, here are a couple of follow up questions/suggestions:

1. Please make sure your graphic(s) card drivers are up-to-date. Both drivers, if you are using a PC system with switchable graphics. 
2. Are you using a 4K monitor?

Replies to your queries are as below:
1) The graphic card drivers are up-to-date.
2) Am not using switchable graphics, and
3) Am not using 4K Monitor.

One more I would like to bring to your notice is that, since Formit for
windows was not working, I installed Formit Extension for Revit and
surprisingly it is working. So problem is not with graphic hardware, it is
possible that Formit for Windows (offline) is not getting requisite
components while working offline. I am not a hardware man, so not so sure
about it, but that's the logical conclusion I could draw.
May be you can understand the problem better. Meanwhile I will contact DELL
and try investigating for the reason.
