Energy Analysis fail...

Running Energy Analysis in FormIt 360 Pro either spins forever ro displays a popup bubble (Server Error) with no additional details. It's a just straigtforward box. Am I missing something?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with Energy Analysis.

The error message you posted suggests that your GBS entitlements are not set up correctly.

The first suggestion I have is to log into GBS directly and make sure your entitlements are working there:  https://gbs.autodesk.com.  If that all looks correct, restart FormIt and try again.

Please let us know if you continue to experience problems, and if so, the more information you can provide about what you're trying to do the more likely we'll be able to help.

I cannot understand what's going on. I try to login in GBS as you suggest but it came this message.

Today is just September 5 and the maintenance period is on September 20 and I cannot able to login. Please advise.

I'm not sure what maintenance you're referring to.  If you could post a screen shot of the message that could be helpful.

In the meantime it sounds like there may be issues with your GBS entitlements.  Please log into https://manage.autodesk.com/ and make sure you have FormIt Pro and the Insight entitlements:

Goodmorning,

I have been trying to generate the energy analysis report on a model but without success both on the online app and the downloaded software. On the Software there is no error messages and even though I try to run it Green Building Studio shows 0 runs. On the online app however, I receive an "Energy Analysis Failure" message. Could you enlighten me please?

Sorry you're having trouble. Energy Analysis is working for us in our tests.

Can you share the model you're using? And have you verified the model is watertight and solid according to our guide?
