Crashing app

I recently downloaded the app and twice now it's crashed and deleted hours of work. The first time I thought it might de my fault because I didn't save my work often enough. The second time I made sure to save frequently but it didn't seem to help as the app once again crashed and deleted hours of work. Is anyone else having this issue? Also, no I am not paying, only using the free. This is just a hobby for me. And I am using an iPad Pro.

Sorry to hear this.

First, FormIt on iPad does have an auto-save feature to avoid lost work. Can you look in the gallery for a model with this name? <yourSketchName>_restored

As for the crash, it's critical to know what steps were taken right before the crash. Can you identify what operations immediately precede the crash? See if you can get it to reproduce on a throwaway model so you don't lose more work. Having reproducible steps is only way for us to investigate further - and we'd certainly like to get this fixed!
