Hi ojclarke,

Are you on an iPad? Or a Windows touch-enabled device? If the latter, make sure to turn Touch Mode on in the toolbar at the top of the screen (icon looks like a pointing finger).

Once you've started the Line tool in touch mode, try dragging your finger across the screen a bit, then letting go. You should see a red circle on the screen identifying the first point for the line. Next, drag that circle around which will start the 2nd point for the line. When you let go of that, you should have a visible line in the canvas. You can continue dragging the circle to create more lines attached to the previous. You can also orbit the scene by dragging your finger on the background/ground plane while using touch tools like this.

Hope this helps.

I'am using IPad Pro as simple as drawing the line, Formit do not response. Is there any settings that I need to adjust? I am eager to use this apps for my personal project and I want to see that all tools works before I will buy Formit Pro.

Reynaldo - Please see previous post from Josh - I suspect the same advice will solve your problem too:

Once the 2 dots are initiated the red line that is supposed to show up does not appear.  There is no touch option as you mentioned either.

salaimanimagudam: it appears edges are not being drawn at all (even on the rest of the model). Can you please check the Visual Styles panel to ensure Edges are enabled? You won't be able to see the lines you're drawing if lines are disabled globally.

rlai: I'm unclear on which platform you're having issues with. FormIt for Web? Windows? iOS?

Starting with Android 6, we started having some visualization issues with different devices. Unfortunately, because of the large amount and variety of Android devices and versions, we are unable to test them all. I suggest using the Windows version, which is the most reliable, feature-rich and up-to-date.
