3D sketch (FormIt) in Revit does not launch FormIt

I have recently watched some tutorials on bringing Revit model into FormIt with 3D Sketch button under Massing & Site and want to try it. But it didn't launch the FormIt for me, and even if after I launced FormIt first, I didn't see the model being brought to FormIt.  Does anybody know what caused this possibly? I am using Revit 2022 and FormIt 2022. Thank you.

You'll definitely need to launch FormIt from Revit to see the model in FormIt. Launching FormIt separately won't enable a connection to Revit.

What happens when you click 3D Sketch in Revit? Any errors or messages?

No any error messages. Just nothing happened.

Make sure you're in a 3D view and the "FormIt 3D Sketch" button is active (F is blue, not gray).

When the "FormIt 3D Sketch" button is clicked, you should receive the following dialog in Revit:

Do you see this dialog?

If so, which option are you selecting to Launch FormIt with?

I noticed that I couldn't bring FormIt model into Revit either, although I used to be able to do it.

I saw another thread with solution to the same problems, I am going to request our company IT administrator to try it.

Yes, I did all that and I tried both options. 

It might be something wrong with the system. I just found out I couldn't bring in FormIt either which I had no problem before.

That does sound suspiciously like the issue you linked.
Hopefully the patch will fix your issues!
