Ratio for Unit Size and visualization in floor Plan

Hi,

Is there a way to apply a ratio/factor to the unite m² to obtain a more realistic net surface (deducting walls and so on) for each unit ?

Furthermore how can I display the unite colors in the floor plan instead of the building function.

You can not set or show these metrics in the floorPlan editor. You can however make new ratio and factor metrics in project setting, which are visible in main mode. You open project settings by cliking the gear icon next to the Area metrics title in the right side menu.

To change from function coloring to unit colors, click on the eye icon next to the compass
