Convert to terrain is grayed out. Help!

I imported an OBJ file. I'd like to convert it to terrain, but the option is grayed out in the library. I exported a sketchup file to an OBJ file and imported it into Forma. Any advice is welcome.

Ok, I found a solution. When importing the obj file, you HAVE to make sure you select something for georeferencing.
