It would be very helpful to make the 'Key reviewers' column 'optional', when creating Approval Workflow. Or to have the checkmark on the particular Company/Role removed automatically, when selecting members within the same Company/Role, during review submittals.
When creating Approval Workflow, 'Key reviewers' is a 'required field'. When creating reviews, the check mark remains on the selected Company/Role/Users previously selected in 'Key reviewers'. When one wishes to select only particular members within Company/Role, the Company/Role remains selected by default unless the check mark on the Company/Role is unchecked manually.
