There must be a role or option to allow permissions to view all workflows, not just an admin role, or approver.
Please add an option for certain roles to have visibility/transparency on review workflows even if they are not approvers, initiators, or project administrators.
THIS IS THE BIGGEST FAIL OF DOCS/ DATA MANAGEMENT Module - EVER.
I have teams with specific approval workflows where the entire team are in a role and selected as initiator candidates. But say one coordinator from that team initiates the workflow, then the manager who is part of that team or role (initiator candidate), will never see be able to see the specific details on that approval workflow (comments on a file, or the review workflow itself). There is absolutely no transparency.
PLUS what if I needed my document controller, or a project engineer, or a procurement (supplier contract administrator) (not an admin) to review the specific comments and find out how critical comments on a rejected file are to see if they pay a contract or not.
