Uploading photos from forms in the ACC APP (Attachments VS References) not clear enough. Some photo icon dont upload to Photos area
When using the app there is an icon of a "photo" to uplaod photos but it doesnt tell people this is an attachment and the photo wont be uploaded to Photos area. It should be more clear or even ask you if you would like the photo to be kept in Forms area or also in Photos area.
