We need a straightforward way to create, assign, and track tasks in ACC. When a new project is set up, there are standard actions that need to be completed and monitored from the start.
At present, tasks can be raised through meetings or issues, but what we need is a simpler task management process. Ideally, this would allow us to create individual tasks or linked task sequences, assign ownership, set deadlines, and track progress through to completion.
@andrewtatt Issues is your best bet. You can create a category that strips most of the items on the issues, down to only the mandatory sections and use that to track your tasks.
