In Forma Forms, conditional logic currently allows us to suggest issue types based on a form field selection.
It would be very useful if we could also define or suggest a specific issue template as part of the conditional logic.
This would allow predefined settings such as title, description, assignee, due date, root cause, references, or other issue properties to be applied automatically depending on the selected form response.
Example:
If a user selects a certain answer in a safety inspection form, Forma could automatically propose the corresponding predefined issue template instead of only selecting the issue type.
This would help standardize issue creation, reduce manual input and ensure that recurring issues are created consistently across projects.
