From a user perspective, it would be highly beneficial if native form templates allowed images, drawings, plans, reference documents, or other attachments to be embedded directly within individual sections or chapters of the template. During form completion, users could then access these documents through an integrated viewer without having to leave the form.
This would significantly improve usability, as the relevant plans or reference documents could already be linked to the corresponding section of the form. As a result, users would no longer need to continuously switch between the plan view and the form, which currently creates additional effort and reduces efficiency.
