In the Forma Submittals tool, as the Submittal Manager, the Submittal is in the Open for manager or Open submitted step. When the "Submit for Review" button is pushed and the Built-in cover page is added, the number says Unspecified instead of the number shown in the Submit for review dialog box. The cover page must to have the correct Submittal Number. Currently, the only way for the cover page to show the correct number is for the Manager to manually type it in prior to selecting the Submit for review button. The cover page must be able to include the auto-generated number assigned in the Submit for Review dialog.
