Instead of having a due date for the full workflow from the start of the submittal until it's been closed, additional default options should be there available for the admins to set up the default workflows, similar to how Reviews are configured, with due dates per each step in addition to the overall due date, so we can track if a submittal is due at a certain stage, and not overall.
