Specifications – Account-Level Library (Admin)

Many specs are reused across multiple projects (standard construction specs, general specs, etc.), but ACC forces teams to re-upload/publish the same specifications on every single project, which is a huge time-waster. We need an Account Admin - Library - Specifications section where standard specs can be maintained once and then imported into projects, so teams stop duplicating effort. Then, users can publish the project specific specs (tender / technical / supplemental specs) afterwords.

We often reference both standard specs and tender specs in RFIs, Submittals and even generally on site for inspections. Not only would it be a time-saver for project setup to have the Standard Specs imported into projects, but it would also be a working example of how the setup of all additional project-specific specs should end looking.
