The ability to create and edit RFI types and the subsequent review templates should be disconnected from having Admin rights for the whole platform. If someone is assigned RFI Manger permissions, they need to be able to have control over the full RFI process. Locking this behind admin rights is a huge restriction to this process.
I agree - this limitation forces us to assign the Project Administrator role more widely than we would like just so the Project Manager can adjust the RFI Types to match the requirements of their project. Making this a tool-level permission would be far preferable to enabling project administration across the entire project.
