Remove markups on a document with a single click

Allow for project admins to remove markups on documents in a single button. If a new version of a document is being submitted, the markups should get cleaned and removed at the first step before pushing to the next reviewers, and going through a hundred markups in insufficient and time consuming.

Disagree: markups should remain even with new version, this is fundamental idea and distinctive feature of ACC. Markups are deleted by selecting any markup, then Ctrl+A and Delete, so two-three clicks. Hope this helps with your workflow.

I agree it's a great tool to have, but when you have projects with multistep workflows and more than one reviewer per each step, resulting in different reviewers between two versions, that means than on a newer version we have a comment that well could and should have been addressed in the new version and while it should be up to the reviewer of that step to address whether or not that comment has indeed been addressed, they do not have the opportunity to remove the markup if it has been addressed. Then we have two options, the reviewer can add another markup pointing to the original saying it has been addressed which results in a million markups unnecessarily, or they don't do anything with that markup at all and then the originator is there questioning why is that markup still there if it has been addressed, which creates an absolute mess. Because on ACC we have this wonderful function where you can see the markups on the original format where the markup was left on, unlike BIM360, this allows us to be able to issue clean new versions for a review, while still leaving the traceability for all to get previous markups on their original layout.

While Ctrl + A does work per page, it's still means removing markups page by page.
