We would like to request an enhancement to the Submittals tool in Autodesk Forma Build.
Currently, when a Review workflow/template is selected or changed for a Submittal, the change is not recorded in the Activity Log with sufficient detail to identify which Review Template was selected.
The Activity Log is intended to provide a history of activities related to a Submittal. However, without recording the Review Template changes, it is difficult to track which review workflow was used at a specific point in time or to understand how the review process was configured.
We would like the Activity Log to record changes to the Review Template, including:
- The previous Review Template
- The newly selected Review Template
- The date and time of the change
- The user who made the change
For example:
"Review Template changed from 'Template A' to 'Template B' by [User] on [Date/Time]."
This would provide a clear audit trail for Submittal review workflows and improve traceability, especially on large projects where Review Templates may be changed during the project lifecycle.
We would appreciate Autodesk considering this enhancement to the Submittals Activity Log.
