QA Review Functionality & Workflow Through Docs Review Tool

Hi, 

I would like to add functionality to undertake a review of Contractors QA through the review tool in ACC Docs. (Note * indicates where functionality requirements are currently needed)

I would like to be able to perform the following: 

1. Receive Contractors QA Documentation (Lot pack) 

2.  Upload QA Doc to Files tool  

3. Create a Review and attach QA Documents  

4*. Undertake a review and approve conforming docs if documents are missing or nonconformance's are identified I would like to be able to raise an issue and reference it to the review. 

5*. I would like to be able to generate a conformance report to close out the review or summarise items required to complete. That I can then issue it to the contractor. 

6*. I would like to be able to customise the status shown in the reviews beyond just opened/closed to add items like further documentation required or NCR outstanding.

Almost two years late, but Foreman does a huge part of this, as you've described, including creating a report.
