Within the Project Template in our account, we want to apply people to the project template so they get added to each project that is created. By doing that, we are also adding them to the Opt Out notification group list so they don't get bombarded with emails for each project. What we found is when you go to add those individuals to the notification group, the drop down list is pulling from the ACCOUNT member list rather than the project member list. By pulling from the account, as the list grows the wait time/search for the individuals becomes harder. This feels to me like selling tickets to a concert and then emailing everyone (the account) the backstage instructions. If someone doesn’t have a backstage pass (project template access), they shouldn’t be getting directions to the green room.
