ProEst - Add/Edit Cost Types

Regarding ProEst, please consider adding a feature which gives users the ability to add new Cost Types to supplement the standard five (Labor, Materials, Equipment, Subcontractor and Other). Alternatively, having the ability to simply change the descriptions for the existing five Cost Types would work (e.g. change Other to "By Owner" or "2nd Tier Subcontractor"). On certain occasions, there are subcategories within each existing Cost Type that need to be tracked separately.

This would be fantastic for any Cost Integrations. The most common issue I run into is that companies have many more than the provided number of Cost Types and it can easily derail the integration or force us into using Sort Types to accomplish this, which creates a mess of an Estimate due to all the separate lines necessary.
