Photos added as attachments to Issues/Forms should appear in the Photo Library

Currently photos uploaded as attachments to Issues and Forms are associated only with that form, and no not appear in the project Photo Library.

It would be helpful if these photos did appear in the library, as it would allow forms/issues to be used to effectively group photos, as well as ensuring that all photos captured by the site team are visible. In the current system many photos will not be available to project members unless they know they need to go looking for them.

I 100% agree with this. It's too easy to add attachments to the iPad and overlook the extra steps needed to add photos as a reference.

100% Agreed with everyone on this thread. This is a very basic feature which should have been implemented a long time ago. The UI on the mobile app shows two different ways to add a picture to an issue which as caused confusion to many users in the past. Keep it simple and straightforward. It's a bit sad to see this issue was highlighted 6 months and there still isn't any official response or solution from the ACC team. Must be busy developing an AI chatbot no one asked for.

Same for adding file attachments - please provide the option to also upload these to the Files module at the time of attachment, and also the option to reference/attach existing files within multiple sections of a Form. Currently you can only add file references to an entire form globally.
