Description
Ability to have a notification audit trail for RFIs and Submittals. When you have subcontractors claiming they never received a submittal or RFI and no evidence it was sent to them, this can lead to problems. The activity log on the submittals, for example, shows that we distributed it and that it's in the sub's court, but does not specifically show that an email was generated to him AND received.
Business Case
This can potentially be a big problem if we have no way to hold subs accountable in a timely manner to RFIs and submittals. We essentially need to do double-work by distributing via ACC and sending out follow up emails.
This would be a better way to hold people accountable.
