In Model Coordination, there is the ability to apply X/Y/Z/Rotation transforms, but there is no option to override model units. Navisworks has this ability in the Units and Transforms feature.
This is a common issue when dealing with internationally created models or with CAD programs where the model author does not specify the Insertion Scale (it appears that ACC default "unitless" files as Meters, despite the project units being se to Imperial).
