Meeting Tool Upgrades

Our company has a list of suggestions to enhance meetings. Some of these are are redundant to other suggestions, but some I do not see elsewhere. 

1. Similar to other modules, add an export to excel function 
2. Similar to other modules, the item list should function more like an true data table: search, filter, group, sort by all fields (currently topic & meeting type are static)

3. Similar to other modules, custom item fields that can be added to templates, meetings 

4. More streamlined navigation similar to other products on the market (loop, planner, word etc.): Hard return should advance to the next item or create a new item below. Shift+return would add another line to the highlighted item etc.. 

5. inserting things like tables and images inline the items. 

6. saved searches, filters and views in the items list.

These enhancements would make the meeting module more user friendly.  At this point, without these features it is very difficult to use interactively during a meeting.

Great ideas! We would really like to be able to add a searchable/viewable description for each meeting in the meeting series that candiffer between specific meetings within the same series. We would also as described above like a search-function for the meetings that would search on both title and description to easier find the actual meeting you are looking for. In bigger project you can have well above 50 meeting-series to scroll through.

What would aslo be grat is Statuses for Meeting Series - not all meeting series go on forever - it would be very useful to be able to have a status for an entire meeting series such as Ongoing and Closed - that meeting series then could be filtrered by.
