Please provide an audit log showing:
- what was shared,
- who received it,
- who sent it,
- date/time sent,
as bonus: - the meeting report/version, including an exported report as they existed when the notification was sent.
In general, it would be very valuable to have a "Sent Items" view for Forma, showing all notifications sent from the hub or project, including recipients and timestamps.
Today there is no reliable way to verify what meeting minutes, reports, or notifications were sent from Forma, to whom, and when.
Having an auditable history of notifications and shared meeting records would significantly improve traceability
