ACC markups lack @mentions/assignment, threaded discussion, and the ability to resolve/hide completed markups. This forces teams to export PDFs and use Bluebeam Studio, creating duplicates and breaking single-source-of-truth workflows. ACC 'Issues' do have these features, but oftentimes minor markups do not warrant creating an 'Issue'. This blocks real collaboration on in-progress sets and pushes teams to Bluebeam Studio or other tools outside of ACC. Also, there should be a toggle on/off button so that markups are automatically published, or a button than publishes all markups on all sheets (rather than having to select and then publish).
SUGGESTION:
- Add @mentions with notifications/due dates and/or assignees
- Add a markup activity log/threaded comment log (per markup)
- Add a “Resolved (hide, not delete)” state
- Ability to automatically publish all markups
