We are looking at the use of Assets as a requirement in the FORMA system. We have options for project members within the system to create forms with the appropriate permissions. Our idea is to lock down user permissions in the system to FORMS so the Sub contractors only have access to ASSETs meaning they can only create new forms in the assets meaning; they will be automatically associated to the Asset needed. We are seeing 100s of Checklists being created in the FORMS tool and left as draft and completed not being associated to the asset meaning there is additional management associated to the subcontractors checklists in FORMS which would not be necessary if we directly created them on the Asset in ASSETs. Huge time saving here... could we have a look at this being integrated.
