Provide the ability to add files to a Review as reference-only documents, without those files themselves being subject to the review or approval workflow.
Reference files would provide supporting context for reviewers and remain unchanged throughout the review. Examples could include:
- Standard Drawings
- Standard Specifications
- Design Standards and Guidelines
- Reference drawings or documents
- Relevant technical requirements
This would allow reviewers to access the applicable supporting information directly from the Review, while clearly distinguishing between files being reviewed/approved and files provided for reference only.
This would improve review efficiency, provide better context for reviewers and help ensure decisions are made against the correct standards and requirements.
