Current Gap:
In the Project Admin → Handover process, file markups are not included as part of the exported user/project data.
Required Enhancement:
The handover export should include all markups created by the outgoing user on files, while maintaining the associated metadata and historical context.
The export should ideally preserve:
- Markup content and location on the file
- Markup author/creator
- Date and time of creation
- Associated file name and version
- Markup status, where applicable
- Comments or responses associated with the markup
Business Impact:
Markups often contain critical technical instructions, review comments, coordination information, and project decisions. Excluding them from the handover export can result in loss of project knowledge and historical context, particularly when a user leaves the organization or is transferred to another project.
Expected Outcome:
The Project Admin should be able to generate a complete handover package, including file markups, so that the incoming user or project team can continue the work without losing historical information.
