There should be something offered (a discount perhaps) to Project Owners (municipalities, private owners, etc.) to incentivize them to post their solicitations for General Contractor bids on the Building Connected platform. There currently isn't a good single nationally recognized hub in existence where GCs can go to discover a vast array of potential bidding opportunities (whereas Subcontractors who are using Bid Board Pro do have this). From my experience, most GCs are finding their work from a variety of sources (Dodge reports, ISF, PlanHub, ConstructConnect, Demandstar, existing clients, word of mouth, etc.). I think it would be of great benefit to Autodesk and its users if these opportunities could be consolidated under BC Pro and an entire bid process (from Project Owner to Subcontractor) could be handled within the BC Pro platform. When Project Owners create Projects and solicit bids from GCs through Building Connected, the GC would also use Bid Board to submit their bid to the respective client.
