When viewing issues referenced in an Asset, I saw the message “You don’t have permission to view this reference”, even though I am a Project Admin. This suggested a permissions issue.
ACC Support later confirmed that the issue had been removed from the project. The current message is misleading and does not reflect the actual reason.
The system should clearly state that a referenced issue has been removed, rather than showing a generic permission message. This would reduce confusion and unnecessary support requests.
